Designation of Credit

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas Standards and Policies of the Medical Society of New Jersey through the joint providership of AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center and Jefferson Neurosurgical Associates. The AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center is accredited by the Medical Society of New Jersey to provide continuing medical education for physicians. The AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center designates this live activity for a maximum of 8 AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM.

AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by New Jersey State Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. P64-12/12-15. 8 Continuing Nursing Education hours will be provided. Note: Credit will be awarded to all participants only if the evaluation form is completed and returned.
