Cycling
Spin class focuses on building power and endurance through longer ‘rides’, sprints, flat terrain, and hills set to music. If you are new to a class, please arrive 10 minutes before class start time and notify the instructor who can assist with bike set up and proper form.
Pump-n-Step
All fitness levels. This class will get your heart rate up and do the same thing for the muscles of the body. An emphasis on muscle toning, proper movement and forms will be stressed. The class will use medicine balls, body bars, free weights and dumbbells to strengthen the body. The last 15 minutes of class will be devoted to working the abs and glutes!
Cardio Sculpt/Abs
Endurance training incorporating a mixture of steps, cardio and weight bearing moves which enables you to increase your metabolism, bone density and aerobic capacity. Ending with a emphasis on strengthening your core.
Senior Cardio Light
A low intensity level of aerobics, strength training and stretching conducted either standing or in a chair depending on your fitness level using bands.
Cardio Challenge
This class is designed for both the intermediate and advanced levels. The class incorporates step, yoga, strength moves and free weights to provide a total body workout for all fitness levels.
Cardio Kick-n-Step
This class is designed for both the intermediate and advanced levels. The class incorporates step, yoga-strength moves, free weights and Kick Boxing to provide a total body workout for all fitness levels.
Zumba
Zumba combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow you to dance away your worries. It is based on the principle that a workout should be, "Fun And Easy To Do!"
Senior Rhythm Fit
A low intensity class designed to minimize the impact on your joints to help increase your overall aerobic capacity, balance, increase your range of motion and overall flexibility as well as strengthen your core.
Cardio Kickboxing
Experience cardio kicking with endurance training while learning how to defend yourself with a mixture of kick boxing and mixed martial art moves. This class is for novice to experts and will also emphasize using your core muscles.
Arthritis Land - Weights for Women
A low impact strength training class using bands and your own body weight to help increase your overall strength, bone density, balance flexibility and metabolism.
Cardio Barre Sculpt
A class for all levels. It includes low impact cardio, barre, strength training and stretching. Barre uses ballet and Pilates movements to sculpt and lean out muscles. Every class will include different movements and workouts; never the same routine.
