Bob Ortiz
Bob, an Application Systems Analyst with AtlantiCare's Information Technology Group, who manages clinical applications like the patient portal and supports the health information management team. Beyond his work, Bob has a passion for art and community service. With over 41 years of experience painting murals, he has connected with nonprofits like the Police Activities League, Boys and Girls Club of Atlantic City, and Ocean Ink, leaving a vibrant mark on his community.
Benjamin Powell
Benjamin, a member of the environmental services team at AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center, Mainland Campus, has been with AtlantiCare for 14 years. His daily humor has become a cherished part of life on campus, giving his "second family" a reason to smile—whether it's a morning laugh or a midday boost. Benjamin believes in creating a ripple effect: one smile leading to many, spreading positivity throughout the hospital. His story highlights how small acts of kindness can make a big difference.
Karen Critelli
Karen Critelli, a Registered Nurse in our Cardiac Catheterization Lab, advanced her career through our tuition reimbursement program. From team leader to nurse supervisor, Karen ultimately returned to direct patient care—where she feels most fulfilled. Working alongside a team that helps patients feel better than when they arrived is what Karen loves most about her role.
Courtney Wolf
Courtney began her journey with us as a nursing extern, quickly advancing to Patient Care Associate while completing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Inspired by the 2010 Haiti earthquake, she launched a mission project to deliver teddy bears to children affected by the disaster. Now a Registered Nurse, Courtney reflects on how the externship provided hands-on experience and meaningful connections, shaping her into the well-rounded and compassionate nurse she is today.
Chris Heacock
Chris Heacock started his journey with our AtlantiCare team as a nightshift paramedic. Today, as an Administrative Manager and Assistant Chief for our Emergency Medical Services, Chris is proud to work alongside some of the best in the field. From providing lifesaving, first-response efforts to participating in community events, Chris emphasizes that being a constant presence in the community is key to building trust.
Joe Molineaux

Kelley Jillson
With 14 years of remarkable service, Kelley Jillson’s AtlantiCare journey from field paramedic to flight paramedic and now leadership exemplifies dedication and resilience. Inspired by her family's legacy in first-response, Kelley leads with compassion, fostering a team culture that prioritizes mental health resilience and ensuring our team receives vital support beyond their shifts.
Aliscia Williams
Serves as a testament to the culture of growth and development fostered at AtlantiCare through our YOUniversity programming. Her career at AtlantiCare began with an entry-level role in housekeeping. Aliscia recognized this opportunity as a stepping stone toward her dream of becoming a Registered Nurse (RN). Her journey highlights our commitment to nurturing talent from within, providing pathways for career advancement, and empowering individuals to realize their full potential.
Matthew Kancy
Meet Matthew Kancy, a valuable member of our team, bringing his insightful perspective as a Clinical Data Analyst on the autism spectrum. Throughout his time with our organization, Matt skillfully balances his analytical expertise with empathy and understanding. He thrives on disproving doubts with his resilient "yes I can!" attitude.
Terrance Cooper
Housekeeper by day, and filmmaker by night! Terrance is an Atlantic City resident who enjoys the family-like environment of spending time with fellow team members while working for AtlantiCare. Outside of work, he thrives on being a constant presence in his son’s life and creating short films, feature films, and skits inspired by the stories he hears each day.
Brittany Connelly
Brittany's journey with AtlantiCare began in patient registration, where she worked alongside her sister. She then progressed to an Emergency Room tech role and has now become an ER nurse. She thrives on delivering compassionate care to her patients, all while enjoying the team spirit of the night shift and the high-energy environment of the ER. When she’s not busy behind the doors of our ER, Brittany enjoys playing pool in a league with her dad, showcasing her dedication to both her profession and personal life.
