Community Resources
At AtlantiCare, our Vision is to build healthy communities. We’re proud to provide quality health care, however the conditions in which we are born, grow, live, work, and age shape our health even more so than the medical care provided in our hospitals and medical offices.
Addressing these conditions, such as hunger and transportation, and connecting individuals with needed resources, is important for improving overall health. If you need to find community resources, such as food, housing, or social services, please click here to find free or low-cost resources and services.
Tips For Searching Unite Us
- Results will appear in alphabetical order sorted by the name of the program offered by an organization, so be sure to look through multiple pages if the first results are not close to the address you entered.
- Use the service type options on the left side of the screen to help narrow down the results. If you're not sure which specific service subtype best meets your need, you can select multiple (or even all) service subtypes under the heading to pull in more results.
- When searching for food pantries, use the service subtypes "Emergency Food" and "Prepared Meals" to bring in more results, and/or use the term "pantry" in the search bar.
- If you'd like to save the information for a specific program, you can use the "Print" option to print out a copy of their profile, or use the "Share" button to copy a link to their profile that you can paste into another browser window/tab or share via email/text.
- Be sure to check the eligibility requirements (if any) before reaching out to an organization.
