Heart & Lung Education & Support

Cardiovascular disease remains the #1 health problem for both men and women in the U.S. — and in our own communities right here in southeastern New Jersey. The good news is that the disease is also highly preventable through education and lifestyle choices.

To help you understand and manage your personal risk factors, AtlantiCare offers a variety of helpful heart-healthy resources. These include free classes, special events, support groups and more empowering programs.

Cardiac Rehabilitation and Lifestyle Support

Dr. Ornish’s Program for Reversing Heart Disease® is an intensive outpatient cardiac rehabilitation program designed to restore and maintain your heart health. It is scientifically proven by more than 35 years of research to prevent, stop and even reverse the progression of heart disease through targeted lifestyle changes.
