Ms. Perez obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing in 2008. She sub matriculated into the Midwifery and Women's Health Nurse Practitioner program and obtained her Master of Science in Nursing in December 2010. Jasmine is a Certified Nurse Midwife and a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
