About Me
As a girl growing up in Sea Isle City, New Jersey, Tracey Nagle fell in love with medicine. With her strong desire to help people, a career in healthcare was her calling.
\n\n
True to form, she spent more than two decades caring for families at AtlantiCare’s Roger B. Hansen Center for Childbirth and in her local school system. But Nagle has never been one for complacency. She wanted to do more, and it led her to AtlantiCare Physician Group OB/GYN and her role as a family nurse practitioner.

“I want to empower my patients to realize their potential and make their life better,” she says. “When you know more you can do better, and by working with patients to develop a care plan they can make better, healthier choices for themselves.”

Nagle earned her Bachelor’s degree in nursing at William Paterson University in Paterson, New Jersey, her school nurse certificate at Rowan University in Glassboro, New Jersey, and her doctorate as a family nurse practitioner at Rutgers University-Camden in Camden, New Jersey. She is board certified as a family nurse practitioner, and serves on the faculty at the Rutgers-Camden School of Nursing, where she is director of the School Nurse Program.

Optimal health, she believes, is best achieved by partnering with patients and their families. Her interest in adverse childhood experiences and social determinants of health inform her approach to care, which is based on collaboration, inspiration and a focus on family dynamics.
\n\n
“I strongly feel it is my responsibility to share my knowledge to improve long-term population health outcomes,” Nagle says.
\n\n
In her free time, she cherishes time spent with her husband, six children and dogs. She enjoys cooking, being at the beach and taking time out to appreciate the little things that make life exceptional.
