About Me
My goal as a primary care physician is to partner with my patients to create physical, emotional and spiritual wellness. My personal philosophy of wellness has helped me understand the various forces involved to achieve this balance. Anila Amin, MD, is a board-certified physician specializing in internal medicine. She chose this field because of her interest in preventive medicine, as well as the breadth and depth of medical complexities that patients bring to her practice. After earning a medical degree from N.H.L. Municipal Medical College in Ahmedabad, India, Dr. Amin completed an internal medicine internship and residency at the former United Hospitals Medical Center, Newark, New Jersey. She has been in practice for more than 25 years and previously served as an emergency medicine physician and a clinical instructor in the Department of Medicine at Monmouth Medical Center, Long Branch, New Jersey.
