About Me
Taral J. Shah, MD is board certified in Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism by the American Board of Internal Medicine. Dr. Shah has been caring for patients with diabetes, thyroid, pituitary and other endocrine disorders at AtlantiCare since 2012. She has a special interest in diabetes and preventing its related complications. Dr. Shah earned a medical degree from St. George's University and completed an internal medicine residency at Jersey Shore University Medical Center. She completed an endocrinology fellowship at Robert Wood Johnson/University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ) in 2012. She is a member of the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists (AACE) and the Endocrine Society. In her spare time, Dr. Shah enjoys spending time with her husband and children, visiting family and friends and traveling.
