Part of our commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion is evidenced by the work of our Employee Resource Groups. In all, we will continue to enhance the delivery of health care services for our diverse community and strengthen our workplace by fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and culturally sensitive environment.

My role is to ensure the development, implementation and adherence to best practices and resources across the health system in order to promote a culture of inclusion which enables individuals from all backgrounds including race and ethnicity, ages, nationalities, social and economic status, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, religious, military veterans and physical & mental abilities to thrive at AtlantiCare.

We are also committed to our ability to be innovative with our career opportunities and pathways. We will continue  to work with our diverse communities, our educational institutions and community leaders to ensure that our career opportunities are created equitably.
