Hammonton Family Success Center Staff

Tricia Donio-Director, Hammonton Family Success Center and AtlantiCare Afterschool Program 
Tricia Mento joined AtlantiCare Behavioral Health in 1997 as an intern for HFSC. As director of AtlantiCare Behavioral Health (ABH) Social Services, and executive director of the Success Center, which ABH operates. Tricia has a Masters of Social Work from Widener University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Stockton University. She is the chair for the Hammonton Drug Alliance. She assists in numerous Hammonton events. She was born and raised in Hammonton and is a proud mother of two children.

Melissa Saunders-Family Partner for Hammonton Family Success Center 
Melissa Saunders is a family support partner at the HFSC. She started with the Center in 2009. She runs the Summer Arts & Crafts program for school-age children and works closely with families. Melissa graduated from Rowan University in 2005 with a Bachelors of Arts in sociology. She has worked in the mental health and social services field for the past 10 years. A mother of two boys, she enjoys spending time with her family.

Kristi Schleyer-Family Partner/Volunteer Coordinater for Hammonton Family Success 
Kristi Schleyer is a family support partner at the HFSC. She earned a B. A. in Psychology from Stockton University. She is active within the community and is currently a board member with the Hammonton Woman's Civic Club. She is a mother of three children, which includes a set of twins, that keep her very busy. She enjoys cooking, baking and the beach along with spending time with her family.

Elsie Baez-Bi-Lingual Family Partner for the Hammonton Family Success

Elsie Baez is a family support partner at the HFSC. She has been with The Hammonton Family Success Center since March of 2016. Currently enrolled at the University of Valley Forge majoring in Christian Leadership Ministries and minoring in Counseling, holds a Diploma of Christian Ministry and Theology. She enjoys giving back to her community spending and spending time with her husband and two boys.

AtlantiCare Before & After School Program Staff

Program Coordinator

Anella Scardino-Program Coordinator, AtlantiCare Before & After School Program 
Anella Scardino joined HFSC in 2005 as a group leader for the Before & AtlantiCare After School program (then named NJ After 3). She became the assistant site coordinator for the After School program in 2008 and the site coordinator in 2009.  She also assists with summer programing at HFSC. Anella loves being creative and coming up with new ideas, especially with her new-found interest in cake decorating. She also loves traveling and exploring new places, being outdoors and anything that has to do with the Philadelphia Phillies and Philadelphia Flyers.
