Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

CBT has been proven to be an effective therapeutic approach to treat a variety of mental health conditions including mood, sleep, chronic pain and anxiety. CBT provides individuals with a set of skills that assists them in understanding the relationship between thoughts, feelings and behaviors and how they can use these skills to improve their problem solving, change their emotional state, and address unhelpful ways of thinking and behaving. CBT care includes up to 6 appointments with a licensed therapist.
