The Center for Fetal Diagnosis and Treatment (CFDT) is one of only a few programs worldwide to offer comprehensive prenatal diagnosis and fetal therapy from the world’s most experienced team. The Center is home to the world’s first delivery unit exclusively for mothers carrying babies with known birth defects.

The Cardiac Center provides comprehensive care for patients from before birth through adulthood. Its team of more than 500 professionals is known for excellence and innovation in diagnostic and interventional cardiology and complex cardiac surgery. The Center’s outcomes are among the best in the world.

The Cancer Center’s team of more than 60 pediatric oncologists and oncologic surgeons has expertise in every type of pediatric cancer, offering the most advanced treatments and a wide range of clinical trials. Our pediatric cancer research team, one of the largest in the nation, is constantly working to develop new treatments for the most challenging childhood cancers.

CHOP is also home to other leading programs in Orthopedics, Neonatology, Neurosciences, Urology, Pulmonology, Gastroenterology, Emergency Medicine and many other specialties. The Hospital offers unique multidisciplinary centers — and unparalleled expertise — for extremely rare or complex conditions such as hyperinsulinism, thoracic insufficiency syndrome, thyroid disorders and airway disorders.
