Service Opportunities

Mission Health

Please consider joining AtlantiCare Health Services Mission Health as they support those in our community who often go without. Health fairs are held to extend the medical care we take great pride in delivering, by providing those in need with with food, clothing and connection to services including financial counselors and medical appointments.

You can also join us to prepare and distribute Blessing Bags. These bags, given to the patients of AtlantiCare Mission Health, provide necessary items to aid in maintaining good hygiene. Blessing Bags provides items like soap, shampoo and toothbrushes.

Annually, over 1,500 clients are served via health fairs, where in addition to being connected to food, healthcare, and community services, blessing bags are also distributed.

Pantry at the Plex

Come out and assist us as we bag and distribute fresh and healthy food at our Pantry at the Plex. The AtlantiCare Pantry at the Plex is a healthful food pantry which opened in 2017 for AtlantiCare HealthPlex patients who are deemed food insecure.  In its inaugural year, the Pantry saw 1,122 visits serving 760 adults and 234 children, and distributed over 73,424 pounds of healthy food to residents in Atlantic City.

Summer Meals Lunch & Learn Program

Every week throughout the summer months, children and their parents can partake in fun activities and education at the William L. Gormley AtlantiCare HealthPlex courtyard in Atlantic City, while enjoying healthy boxed meals. Please consider joining us to help with food distribution.
