Employee Resource Group (ERG) Scholarship

Application Information:

To encourage graduating high school seniors to pursue a career in healthcare, in either clinical or non-clinical fields.

Award Description:

11 students will each be awarded a $1,000 scholarship.

Application Criteria:

  • Open to graduating high school seniors who will pursue a career in healthcare.
  • Applicants must be enrolled in a 2-year or 4-year degree program and must provide proof of enrollment. (Those who are pursuing a career in healthcare, but who have yet to formally enroll at a college/university, are currently not eligible for this award.)
  • Current transcript (official or unofficial) from the high school from which the student will graduate must be provided.
  • Please demonstrate financial need within your written essay.
  • Essay (not to exceed 800 words):
    • Employee Resource Groups (ERG) are a part of AtlantiCare's commitment to Health Equity and Belonging. In our ERG's effort to assist AtlantiCare with building healthy communities, write an essay as to how you plan to use your future career in healthcare to help build healthier communities.
