Training Verification Requests
The Medical Education Department provides official verification of successful completion of training, using a standardized verification letter.
- Training verification fee: $35* check payable to AtlantiCare and mailed to 7 S. Ohio Ave. Atlantic City, NJ 08401 Attn: Medical Education
- Once payment is received, you will receive the verification letter in 7-10 business days.
How to Request Verification
Please email requests accordingly, along with a signed release of information, to Kelvin Garcia at [email protected]
Please include the following information:
- The resident’s full name (alias/maiden name, if applicable)
- Dates of training
- Specific information being requested
- Indicate if you would like to receive the verification letter by delivery, email, or fax
*Training verifications are provided at no cost to current residents or our residency graduates within four calendar years of their graduation date.
